Global Rubbers Indu?stries, a Sri Lankan company established in 2002, has annou?nced the commi?ssioning of its second industrial tyre plant at a cost of $6 million.The plant was declared operational on 8 Sep?te?mber 2011 amidst a large gathering of distin?guished local and foreign invitees.
